Happy Birthday Kuya...

Dearest Kuya,

Happy happy birthday! It has been a very long time since we talked and I really miss you very, very much. You've missed a lot of milestones in my life....passing the bar and becoming a lawyer, getting married and being pregnant right now. I'm so excited to tell you that you're going to have a nephew!!! I miss the way you torture me every morning by tickling me when I was still a little kid. I'm pretty sure you're going to do the same to your nephew and he is going to adore you. I just hope that you're having a grand celebration there in heaven. Don't worry, I'll tell my son stories about you so that he'll still get to know his Tito. I love you very much...

Love,
Your Little Sister

I hope everything is well for you!

I'm sure your kuya would have been proud of your achievements. Take care, ok? :-)

PS: Hope to see you blogging again, soon.

ladybug, such a beautiful letter to your kuya. I'm sure he is excited of the coming of his nephew and from afar he could touch his face and see him growing up.

My own kuya passed away last year, and has not seen his first grandson who was born two months later, but I'm sure he's is up there looking and giving his usual grin, because he is his split image. A child to carry on. And to your kuya and mine, we celebrate...

That is such a very sweet and touching letter to your kuya who died so young. So you're expecting a little boy pala ha. Hope everything's going well. Take care.

that's inspiring... perished loveones will never really leave us. As long as we knew that we kept them where they mattered most-- in our heart.

funny how you never lost anything if you keep them there.

snglguy> I'm doing fine, and so is the little one according to the ultrasound. Thanks! Hope to blog more often soon. Been really feeling the morning sickness lately, inspite of the fact that I'm already on the third trimester. Shucks! But it's all worth it. :-)

meilly> Hi there! How're you doing? Hope you still enjoy playing badminton. And I hope you're ok. Miss you. :-)

vic> That's so sad. But I'm sure his memory will live on with the birth of his grandchild. I know that my kuya and yours are both at peace with the Lord right now. Thanks for the nice comment. :-)

niceheart> Thanks. We're expecting a boy nga. I hope I get to raise him as well, or even half as well, as you raised your kids. Really got nice parenting advice from you. Will definitely need your advice when my kid starts to ask questions about where he came from....hehe. :-)

lazarus> We really got along well, although not as close as other siblings mainly because of the 11-year age gap between us. But during the latter part of his life we got to spend a lot of time with each other. I will truly cherish those memories forever.

rey> I agree...I keep his memory in my heart forever. Thanks! :-)

lani> Thanks! Haha...pareho ba tayo? Wish ko lang magsipag sa pagblo-blog. Unfortunately, hirap kasi mag-connect sa blogger tapos tumitindi pa ang morning sickness ko ngayong 3rd trimester. Oh well, hope to see you around. :-)
